Hourly vs flat rate
Hourly
Residential cleaning is $55 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. Vacation rental turnovers are $40 per hour with a 1.5 hour minimum. You get an instant estimate online before you book.
Flat rate
Flat rate pricing is set after an in-person walkthrough and requires a minimum of 5 scheduled cleanings. Commercial spaces are always quoted in person.
